Due to the immediate, compute-intensive nature of AI generation, we generally do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.

Exceptional circumstances:

If you believe you've been charged in error, experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service, or have another exceptional circumstance, please contact us at support@layoutcraft.tech. We review each case individually and will work with you to find a fair solution.

During your 7-day free trial:

• You are not charged during your trial period
• If you add payment information during the trial, you're still not charged until after the trial ends
• You can cancel anytime during the trial with zero charges

After upgrading to Pro:

• Your first charge occurs on the day your trial ends (if you upgraded during trial)
• Or immediately when you upgrade (if upgrading after your trial has ended)
• Subsequent charges occur monthly on the same date
• You'll receive an email receipt for every payment

You can always view your billing history and next payment date in your Account settings.
